The modern fitness

The Gymnastics class focuses on developing the gymnastics skills that are common in Groove BOX programming like hand Stand Push Ups, Muscle-Ups, Ring Dips, Pull-Pps, etc.

A typical class will include a gymnastics skill based warm up, skill training, Strenght Training and sometimes a WOD that incorporates gymnastics skills.
