Here at Groove BOX, we believe that a solid foundation.

This is why we will be covering the 9 foundational  movements : (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Dead Lift, Sumo Deadlift, and Med-ball Cleans) and other accessory movements so that the transition to our Intermediate / Advanced classes can be a smooth one

The coach will not only teach these movements to beginners but will offer great advice on technique and form so you feel totally confident.

After a month of Fundamentals you feel and perform better and will be able to step with confidence in to any of our other classes.

Feel like you are not a total beginner? We advise you to still take one fundamental course. Groove BOX can be intimidating and this is the easiest and smoothest transition! Please feel free to call or email with any comments or concerns.
