Fundamentals reprezinta cursurile de incepatori in care se vor parcurge cele 9 miscari fundamentale din Crossfit (Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Med Ball Clean) insa si alte miscari de baza precum Kettlebell Swings, Pull Ups, Ring Rows, Wall Ball Shots, Box jumps etc.
